Shipping, delivery, and return policies


We want you to be fully-satisfied with every item that you purchase from Johnny Pomodoro’s. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 5 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

The item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories and original sales receipt (or packing slip for web orders) to ensure full credit. You will receive a full refund in the original form of payment for unopened items and store credit (at the current price) for opened items or items returned without a receipt.

For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product; you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We must physically receive the returned product within 5 days of purchase. Johnny Pomodoro’s reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

 III. Perishable Items

All sales are final for perishable items. These items cannot be returned. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us.

 IV. Customized / Personalized Products

All sales are final for customized products. These items cannot be returned. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us.

V. Free In-Store Pick Up

Orders placed on-line may be picked up in the store, which will avoid incurring any shipping costs. In-store pickup should be indicated in your online order transaction.

VI. Local Shipping

We ship to multiple zip codes in the southeast Michigan area. Depending on the the item/items ordered, shipping costs and carriers vary due to perishable versus non-perishable products. The best way to get a quote is by adding the product(s) to the cart and then calculating/viewing your shipping options.

VII. Additional Shipping Details

Shipping charges for orders placed for shipping to non-local destinations, will also be custom quoted based upon destination, product, and package dimensions and weight. If you receive a message that the item(s) cannot be shipped to your location, give us a call to see if there exists another option.
